Table Banking Services

Our Table Banking services have the following features;

• • Loans are given to groups of 5 to 30 people either as individuals or as groups.
  • Meetings are done once per month
  • Members guarantee each other’s’ loans

Property management

We manage properties on behalf of their owners. Part of the tasks we carry out as part of this service are overseeing of residential, commercial or industrial real estate.

We ensure that property under our care run smoothly.

We make sure that the properties maintain or raise their value by maintaining or improving their appearance and all the facilities in them.

We show and promote the properties to potential tenants and buyers. We also collect rent and pay taxes and other maintenance fees on behalf of the owners of the properties.
